Charlie`s Diner in East Aurora

The food is really good. I love their breakfast (especially the homemade toast), and I love eating on the porch. Service can be slow at times, which garners the 3 star. Go someplace else if you're in a super-hurry, otherwise relax and enjoy.

Nice experience in a cozy environment. Staff is extremely friendly. Simple menu with breakfast, burgers, some wraps, reubans, chicken fingers. The French fries are delicious and the portions are very generous. Reasonable prices too. For a simple and really good meal, come here.

Very disappointed, place looked great. Placed order and was told the cook was picky on what he made and wouldn't make my order. Although what I wanted was not a menu item, he could have put the corned beef hash in an omelet, and would have had a happy customer. He chose not too.

Great meal, Food was very good asked my waitress to make my Reuben with onions rather than sauerkraut. She accommodated my request. Love the small town quality restaurant. Highly recommend Charlie's

Reasonable & delicious fish fry available battered, breaded, broiled: cajun, lemon pepper or plain with homemade mac salad, coleslaw & choice of potato all for $10. Dinner specials & appetizers ran also and vary daily. Ex. Steak and Shrimp Dinner, Greek Fish, Mozzarella Sticks, etc. New evening hours open Wed- Sat till 8p.

Average food and helpful staff. The last two times I've been there I waited over an hour for the food, and the eggs were kind of dry.

Gotta try their french toast. Best around.

Nice dinner, good food, pleasant staff, a lot of food for the price couldn't even finish what I ordered which was the daily breakfast special. Just don't go here if you are in any kind of a hurry because you are going to be late. If you are out with friend or family and want to spend an hour eating and enjoying each other's company and conversation then this is definitely the place to stop. If you are in a hurry pass this place by and return when you have time to enjoy all it has to offer.

Always a great place! The only problem is that there is almost always a wait and they aren't open most evenings. The cinnamon bread is made in house and is always amazing.

Always went for breakfast but this time had a souvlaki salad with chicken. The chicken was moist and flavorful. Great wait staff! A neighborhood place to share a meal with family and friends at a great value!

The food here was great. We went for breakfast and the cinnamon French toast was wonderful. Their oatmeal bowl was gigantic. Definitely could be shared. The counrty scramble was also very good. I added feta for a dollar. The coffee was great and the service was attentive but a bit slow. Nice covered outdoor seating.Certainly worth a visit if you're in the area.

We waited over an hour for a seat. We finally sat down an ordered food. The food got to our table, and within a minute I found numerous pieces of hair in food. Also all the food was undercooked. This was the worst breakfast experience I ever had.

The outdoor screened patio makes it nice to enjoy a meal outdoors.Food is always great.

Charlie's diner is on the main strip of town. Fantastic homemade food, great service and only a 5 minute wait! It was the best Turkey melt I've had in a very long time! Love this place and will return next time we are in town! Highly recommend!!!!

I had the Steak and Eggs breakfast. The steak was done perfectly and well seasoned. Came with toast and home fries too. Great price for the generous proportion.

This is my favorite diner. My husband and I are always happy with the food and service. It's very laid back. The best French toast around. I love to get it with there homemade cinnamon bread. I can't find a breakfast like it anywhere else. Only thing with the breakfast that I have had is the home fries could be crispier. But overall, it's great!

Charlie's is your good ol American Diner that will never dissapoints. The staff is umbalievably friendly, they keep a good eye to make sure your coffee is always full and are not shy to show their beautiful smile.The food is great, comes out quick and the coffee is also really good!Enjoyyy!

Busy place but fast. Waited about 10 minutes for a table and was worth it. Prices were very fair, fast service good qualities on the plate. We were there for about 45 minutes and I don't think there was any table empty for more than a few minutes. That's a great sign

Home made bread on a Ruben sandwich was magnificent! Home made cinnamon swirl bread was also a great treat. I have never had French fries quite like theirs and they were perfect. Super crispy and tasted great. We are on our trip back to DC from niagra falls and this was a great mom and pop breakfast stop with great service.

Excellent food and service! The place was full, but we were seated within 3-4 minutes. Our serving sizes were huge!

The only reason I am giving it even a 2 star is for the out side patio and food. The waitress actually ruined the WHOLE experience... She was down right rude. If the restaurant would only understand that the WAIT staff is half the experience, maybe the management wouldn't put UP with the attitude from the wait staff. It definitely deters me from coming back. Change the attitude and make it a pleasant experience all the way around!

We stopped here for breakfast and we were not disapointed! Its a clean nice atmosphere and seems to be a lot of locals spot in the morning. Husband got a big breakfast and I got the scrambler. Both of us left full and satisfied to start the day. Will recommend this place to anyone in the area!
